Returns + Refunds

Please Review The Following Information Thoroughly.

Our Returns + Refunds Policy lasts 7 days.
If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To Be Eligible For A Return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please first contact us.

Note: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please first contact us.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
